SlideTune プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

SlideTune（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、取り扱う情報とその目的をできるだけ分かりやすく開示します。本ポリシーは、Android 版 SlideTune と、その関連 open test build に適用されます。

2. 本アプリが扱う情報

2-1. 利用者が明示的に選択または共有する情報

本アプリは、利用者の操作に応じて、次の情報を端末内で扱います。

  • 端末内で利用者が選択した写真・画像
  • 端末内で利用者が選択した音声ファイル
  • 他アプリから共有されたテキスト
  • 他アプリから共有された URL
  • 本アプリで生成した動画ファイル

これらの情報は、スライドショー動画の作成、プレビュー、端末内保存のために利用します。

これらの素材は端末内で処理します。本アプリは、これらを音声生成や動画生成のために開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。

2-2. アプリ動作のために端末内で扱う情報

本アプリは、動作のために次のような情報を端末内で一時的に扱うことがあります。

  • 動画生成時の一時ファイル
  • 音声・画像の処理用キャッシュ
  • 書き出し進捗、保存状態、失敗状態などのアプリ内状態

これらは、動画生成、再試行、保存、表示の整合性維持、後片付けのために利用します。

2-3. 広告配信および同意管理に伴い第三者が扱う情報

本アプリの公開版では、広告配信のために Google AdMob を利用します。また、必要な地域では Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を利用して広告に関する同意管理を行います。

Google の案内によれば、Google Mobile Ads SDK は、広告配信、分析、不正防止等の目的で、次の情報を自動的に収集・共有する場合があります。

  • IP アドレス
  • 利用者によるアプリ操作情報
  • 診断情報
  • 端末およびアカウント識別子

3. 情報の利用目的

本アプリは、取得または取り扱う情報を、主に次の目的で利用します。

  • 写真・音声・字幕候補を使って動画を生成するため
  • 生成結果をプレビュー表示し、端末へ保存するため
  • 利用者が選んだ素材や共有内容を、今回の作成セッションに反映するため
  • 障害回復、再試行、処理中断、後片付けを行うため
  • 広告を表示するため
  • 広告配信に必要な同意取得・同意状態管理を行うため
  • お問い合わせへの対応を行うため

4. 第三者提供・外部送信

4-1. 開発者による第三者提供

開発者は、利用者が選択した写真、画像、端末内音声、共有 URL、生成動画を、スライドショー生成のために開発者自身のサーバーへ送信・保管する前提では運用しません。

4-2. 広告 SDK 等による外部送信

本アプリで Google AdMob を有効にした場合、広告配信および関連機能のため、Google に対して一定の情報が送信されることがあります。必要な地域では、広告リクエスト前に同意取得を行います。

また、Google の案内によれば、Google Mobile Ads SDK により自動収集・共有されるデータは、通信中に TLS により保護されます。

5. データ保持と削除

  • 利用者が選択した写真、音声、共有テキスト、共有 URL は、原則として端末内で現在の作成処理に必要な範囲で扱います。
  • 処理のために作成される一時ファイルやキャッシュは、保存完了、キャンセル、作り直し、または新規開始などのタイミングで削除されるよう設計されています。
  • ただし、OS や端末状態により、一時ファイルの削除が即時でない場合があります。
  • 利用者が保存した完成動画は、端末内の保存先に残ります。削除を希望する場合は、利用者自身で端末から削除してください。
  • 開発者がお問い合わせを受けた場合、返信や必要な運用対応のために、その内容と連絡先を必要期間保有することがあります。

6. 利用者の選択肢

  • 利用者は、本アプリに渡す写真・音声・共有テキスト・共有 URL を自分で選択できます。
  • 利用者は、生成後に保存した動画を端末から削除できます。
  • 広告識別子（Advertising ID）は、Android の設定からリセットまたは削除できる場合があります。
  • 必要な地域では、本アプリは広告に関するプライバシー設定を見直すための導線を提供します。

7. セキュリティ

本アプリは、必要以上の情報を扱わないこと、端末内処理を優先すること、不要になった一時ファイルを後片付けすることを基本方針とします。

ただし、インターネット通信や第三者サービスの完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。第三者サービスの取扱いについては、各事業者のポリシーをご確認ください。

8. 未成年の利用

未成年の利用者は、必要に応じて保護者の関与のもとで本アプリをご利用ください。

本ポリシーは、法令、サービス内容、利用する SDK、運用方針等の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内表示、配布ページ、公開ページ等で周知する方法を検討します。

English Privacy Policy

SlideTune (the “App”) respects user privacy and aims to explain clearly what information is handled and why. This policy applies to the Android version of SlideTune distributed by KINKINKIDS123, including its production and test builds.

2.1 Information selected or shared by the user

Depending on the user’s actions, the App may handle the following information on the device:

  • Photos or images selected by the user
  • Audio files selected by the user
  • Text or URLs shared from another app
  • Videos generated by the App

The App uses this information to create, preview, and save slideshow videos. The photos, images, audio, shared content, and generated videos needed for video creation are processed on the device. The App does not send these materials to the developer’s servers for audio or video generation.

2.2 Information handled locally for App operation

The App may temporarily handle the following information on the device:

  • Temporary files created during video generation
  • Audio and image processing caches
  • App state such as export progress, save status, and error status

This information is used to generate videos, retry or recover operations, preserve consistent state, and clean up temporary data.

2.3 Information handled by third parties for advertising and consent

The production version of the App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. In regions where it is required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy choices.

According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information such as:

  • IP address
  • User interactions with the App
  • Diagnostic information
  • Device and account identifiers

3. Purposes of use

The App handles information mainly to:

  • Create videos from photos, music, captions, and user-selected settings
  • Preview generated videos and save them to the device
  • Apply materials and shared content selected for the current creation session
  • Recover from errors, retry operations, cancel processing, and clean up temporary files
  • Display advertisements
  • Request and manage advertising privacy choices where required
  • Respond to support inquiries

4. External transmission and sharing

4.1 Materials used for video creation

The developer does not operate the App on the assumption that photos, images, on-device audio, shared URLs, or generated videos will be uploaded to or stored on the developer’s servers for slideshow generation.

4.2 Advertising services

When Google AdMob is enabled, certain information may be transmitted to Google for advertising, measurement, security, and related functions. In regions where consent or another privacy choice is required, the App requests the applicable choice before making an eligible ad request.

Google states that data automatically collected or shared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

5. Data retention and deletion

  • User-selected photos, audio, shared text, and shared URLs are normally handled on the device only for as long as needed for the current creation process.
  • Temporary files and caches are designed to be removed after events such as saving, cancellation, starting over, or beginning a new project. Device or operating-system conditions may delay cleanup.
  • Videos saved by the user remain in the selected location on the device until the user deletes them.
  • If the developer receives a support inquiry, its content and contact details may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to reply and handle the issue.

6. User choices and privacy requests

  • Users choose which photos, audio, text, or URLs to provide to the App.
  • Users can delete saved videos from their device.
  • Android may allow users to reset or delete the Advertising ID in device settings.
  • Where required, the App provides an entry point for users to review advertising privacy choices.
  • Where applicable, users may contact the developer about personal information contained in support communications or to ask how the App handles their information. Requests concerning Google’s own processing may also be directed to Google through Google’s privacy resources.

7. Security

The App is designed to minimize the information it handles, prioritize on-device processing, and clean up temporary files when they are no longer needed. However, no internet transmission or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Third-party services are governed by their own policies.

8. Children and minors

The App is not designed specifically for children under 13. Minors should use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian where appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when laws, App features, third-party SDKs, or operating practices change. When an important change is made, the developer may provide notice through the App, the store listing, or the public policy page as appropriate.
